Shipping And Handling Our standard shipping charges are detailed below.

Shirts, polo's, shorts, vests, t-shirts, vests, other small products - £2.50 (per item)
jackets, tracksuits, fleeces, hoody’s - £5.00
boots, body armour, head guards, - £5.00
socks, hats, studs - £1.25 (per item)

The maximum delivery charge will be £5.00.

Returns
scrum down under has a 14 day returns policy. This means that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 14 days of the date you received the item.
Every order will be dispatched with a returns slip; if you are not happy with your order, simply fill in the slip and send the goods back to scrum down under

Exchanges:
If you order the wrong size product or are simply not happy with the productyou have received and wish to exchange for the correct size, or another product, we will exchange the goods for you at no extra cost to you on the first exchange. Any exchanges after this will be charged at £3.00

Credit note:
If you order the wrong size product we will exchange it for the right size product or we will give you a credit voucher to the value of your ordered goods. If you simply do not want the product you receive, we will again give you just4rugby a credit voucher to the value of your ordered goods. A refund will not be given in either of these circumstances

Refunds:
In the rare event that you receive transit damaged or faulty goods we will give you a either a complete refund or replacement product.
It is advisable that when returning products to us that you use a recorded delivery service as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Scrum down under will refund shipping costs in the event that you have received a damaged product or if just4rugby has mistakenly dispatched the wrong product. We will not, however refund these costs when returning non-damaged items or the correctly dispatched product.

It is important that all items must be returned as they were sold, in the original packaging and with the attached ticketing still in place, we will not be able to offer an exchange, store credit or refund if the goods are not returned to us in this condition.
